Located just eight miles south of the Sevierville exit on I-40, our cabin is easy to get to with no steep mountain roads. Parkway traffic in Pigeon Forge tends to be heavy, but our location between I-40 and Pigeon Forge avoids that and puts your mind in vacation mode as you count down the last few minutes of your drive. You can take your time to get acquainted with the cabin before you head down the Parkway less than six miles to all Pigeon Forge has to offer.
Once you settle in to one of the four bedrooms, you’ll be able to enjoy a dip in the hot tub or a relaxing cup of coffee in the living room surrounded by warm, natural wood construction.
Fireplaces are available for use October 1st through April 1st. They are shut down for the remainder of the year.
Pets are not permitted.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, a granite countertop, basic cookware, utensils, and a double sink for preparing your evening meals. With seating for eight, hang out at our new rustic wood dining table for some social time or play your favorite games after a day of sightseeing.
There are four bedrooms in the cabin spread over three levels. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the main floor bathroom accessed from the bedroom or the main living area.
The upstairs bedroom has LVP flooring, a king-sized bed, and a stacked washer/dryer unit for your convenience during those extended mountain stays. It also has access to its own private screened-in balcony where you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature or just take in the natural wooded view.
The main level bedroom has a king-sized memory foam mattress and its own whirlpool tub where you can enjoy a private soak after a long day of hiking in the Smokies. A brand new sliding barn door gives you access to the bathroom and privacy from others when you want to head to bed early. The door leading to the deck in this bedroom takes you right to the outdoor hot tub, which is in a screened-in section of the deck.
Head downstairs and you’ll find the other two bedrooms. The first features a spacious layout with a queen-sized bed and its own natural gas fireplace. Access the lower wraparound deck right outside your door to capture those quiet moments in the morning before anyone else is awake.
Across the hall is the fourth bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed that sleeps up to three people. This is a great room for the kids to have their own space, or to put your little one down to sleep while enjoying the rest of the cabin at night. A selection of children's books and games are available for the kids as well. Please note the basketball game in the pictures has been removed to provide extra floor space and access to the closet. All bedrooms except the bunkroom have satellite TV.
Outside you can enjoy the two wraparound decks and LP gas grill. There's plenty of seating at the picnic table just outside of the kitchen door. The hot tub area is screened in and is a great place to enjoy some outdoor time. It is accessed from the front porch, main level bedroom, or through the kitchen door that leads outside.
Please note that the air hockey table seen in the pictures of the bottom deck has been removed and replaced with seating.
About the Owner
Hello and thank you so much for your interest in our properties! My wife Kristina, daughter Lula, and I are excited to share our beautiful vacation rentals with fellow travelers and we look forward to hosting you! Our goal is to provide you with a clean and comfortable stay during your Smoky Mountain vacation with that "home away from home" feel. The Smoky Mountains are a place we love to visit. We take a lot of pride in maintaining our cabins and aim to provide a seamless guest experience. We're always available to answer any questions you may have before, during, and even after your stay.
It only took a couple of visits to east Tennessee for us to fall in love with the area. We love visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so we decided to invest in properties that fit our needs that we could also share with others. It started out with our four bedroom cabin in Sevierville in 2019, which opened to great reviews. We're so thankful for the guest feedback we received since it allowed us an opportunity to purchase our two bedroom cabin in Sky Harbor earlier this year.
Our cabins are self-managed, meaning there's no middle man relied upon to take care of any maintenance or upkeep, and no extra management fees. We vet all of the work done to our cabins to make sure jobs are completed thoroughly. If for some reason an issue does arise during your stay, you will be able to contact us directly so that we can make it right.
Beyond managing cabins, Nick is a Coast Guard Reservist and likes to play with his project Jeeps whenever Dad and husband duties allow. Kristina works for a local school district, likes to travel, and enjoys family time as much as Dad does. We usually come to East Tennessee at least quarterly to stay at one of our properties and often bring along family and friends. There's always something new to see or do in the area, especially with the change of seasons.
Thank you for considering our properties and we look forward to hearing from you!
